Cancellation Policy
- A Customer can place the cancellation Request for a particular service before 3 days to journey agreement date.
- No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions viz. Independence Day, Christmas and New Year. These are limited edition offers and hence any range of refund would not be possible.
- Amount once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is posted within 12 hours.
- After successful refund request the amount will be credited to the customer Account with in 7 TO 10 Business working Days.
